Did You Know?
iLead is a FREE student leadership conference for students at FAU. It includes a day of break out sessions, a keynote speaker, and opportunities for students to engage with their peers, faculty and staff. 
Owl Breaks is an opportunity for students to spend their Course/Semester Break, serving a community in need. They will travel with other students and staff members to a city within and outside of Florida where they will immerse themselves in service projects and learn about a particular social issue affecting that community.

Parent & Family Weekend 2017



September 15-17, 2017

Parent and Family Weekend is a three-day exploration of the Florida Atlantic University experience for parents, families, and current students. This is wonderful chance for you to spend time with your student while getting engaged in FAU campus life and the surrounding community. This traditional fall program offers families and students the opportunity to participate in many events together while interacting with the organizations, people, and places that have become important to your student.

Ready to take flight? Weeks of Welcome at Florida Atlantic University will help you begin to paint your Owl story. You will connect with other students, become familiar with campus, and get acquainted with the many resources available to you.


Camp Owls
Whether you choose the Expedition or Experience, you are sure to have an unmatched excursion to discover more about yourself, your peers and FAU. Camp Owls is operated through Campus Recreation's Outdoor Adventure Program and is designed to help incoming freshmen make a smooth transition into college.
