"Families Helping Families of SWLA's Dash for disABILITIES-
Superhero 5K Run - Walk & Roll!"

Families Helping Families of Southwest Louisiana announces its inaugural Dash for DisABILITIES Superhero 5K Run, Walk, and Roll to be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 to be held at the Lake Charles Civic Center. Registration for the 5K and Fun Run begins at 7:30 AM, with the 5K and Walk beginning at 8:30 AM. Chip timing will be used for the 5K. We would like to encourage you to dress like the Super Hero you are, to match the theme of this event! All ages are welcome! Prizes to be awarded for the best and the most creative costumes.
Early Registration is $25 and needs to be received by February 28, 2018. Event Day, On-Site, Registration is $30 (cash or check only). Registration for this event can be completed online at:

Each participant will receive a t-shirt if pre-registered by 2/21/18.
