Effective April 2, 2018  the passport execution fee will increase $10.   The $10 execution fee increase only applies to U.S. passport applicants using the DS-11 form, such as first-time applicants over 16, children under 16, and applicants who re-apply after reporting their previous passport lost or stolen. The $10 fee increase does not apply to adults eligible to renew their passport by mail using the DS-82 form. 

REAL ID Information

Beginning on October 1, 2020, every air traveler will need to present a REAL ID-compliant license or another acceptable form of identification for domestic air travel.  Besides your REAL ID compliant license, enhanced licenses and passports are also REAL ID compliant. 
 
New York began issuing the REAL ID on October 30, 2017.  To obtain a NYS REAL ID you must go to a DMV office.  You cannot get a REAL ID online, by phone, or through mail.   Besides your REAL ID compliant license, enhanced licenses and passports are also REAL ID compliant.

Online Booking 4-1-1
 
Both of the online booking tools that are offered by Van Zile Travel are specifically programmed to reflect the policy of the companies you work for.  In some cases specific airfares are restricted or hidden, car types or hotels or specific hotel rates may not be shown in the availability.  This is related to the company policy.  For example, you may see a Basic Economy fare marked as "Restricted" or "Not Allowed".  In this case the company has opted to allow you to see those fares in case you are also searching other sources so you know you are booking the lowest allowable airfare.  Other companies prefer to have those fares hidden completely.
