Anticoagulation Boot Camp
Chicago, October 12-13

AC Forum's 7th regional Boot Camp will be held this fall in Chicago, IL.  This compact 2-day meeting provides a comprehensive curriculum that covers the essential aspects of anticoagulation, disease state, and drug management. An engaging discussion around quality improvement, new agents and special situations will benefit all practitioners, and daily "chalk talks" will allow for attendee participation to shape the topics. The boot camp model will have a limited enrollment in order to provide ample time for Q&A and personal interaction with our expert faculty.
