Due June 15 - This program will support research projects that add to our understanding of the health care cost and utilization impacts of interventions initiated in the context of health care delivery that target patients' social and economic hardships.

CCI Roles Outside Traditional Systems (ROOTS):
Due June 27
- The ROOTS program supports the development innovative partnerships and long-term solutions using data to address medical, behavioral and social needs and address the upstream factors impacting health.

AHRQ Implementation & Evaluation of Health IT Strategies:
Due September 25 - AHRQ is funding projects that stimulate innovative and collaborative research by utilizing new health IT strategies for collecting and using patient-reported outcome measures in primary care and other ambulatory care settings.

- NACCHO Annual Meeting: July 11 - 14 in Pittsburgh, PA - Karen Hacker, Director of the Allegheny County Health Department, a DASH grantee, will present during the opening panel on bridging clinical medicine and population health, as well as two breakout sessions related to leveraging data sharing partnerships to improve health.
