Music Ministry Minute

Pastor Diane will be at General Synod from June 30-July 4
In June 2017, thousands from across the country (and abroad) will gather for General Synod 2017 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Together, we will discern resolutions of witness, church structure, and function. We will stand up for issues that demand a faithful witness. And we will join together in worship each day to lift up the Stillspeaking God.
Please consider helping to host coffee hour alongside a Hospitality Committee Member, or providing flowers for Worship. See Cynthia LaPier or Nancy Rossi for more information. Sign up sheets are in the Parish Hall.
Food Donations Needed
The Corner Food Pantry in Lakeville continues to seek nonperishable food donations! Please bring your donations to worship with you on Sunday. Click on image for a list of specific items sought.
Course offered at Noble Horizons: You won’t save what you don’t love. Using this statement as our starting point, we will explore the best of nature writing--poetry, fiction, and essays--to create empathy and affection for the natural world. We will also explore concepts in environmental sustainability that pertain to our deep-seated human need for what the natural world provides for us, and reckon with our drive to master nature instead of living within it, as one species among many.
