Guardian Angels Program Registration Now Open!
St. Francis of Assisi's Faith Formation program welcomes children of every ability to discover our faith and build a relationship with the Lord. This can be challenging for children with special needs so two years ago, we started our Guardian Angels Program to help catechize our children who need some extra attention and care. We also help prepare them to celebrate a sacramental life in community with our entire parish. Additionally, this is an opportunity for parents to gather for support, prayer, and community while their children are in class. If you are the parent or friend of a child with special challenges, please consider enrolling in our Guardian Angels Program (GAP)! Registration is now available. For more information about registration or this program, please contact Kristy Mitchell at 770-324-9834 or [email protected] or come visit Amy Toft at the Faith Formation office for more information and registration forms. Adult Formation Study
The better we understand Jesus, the better we understand ourselves. Join us for Bishop Robert Baron's adult formation study: Priest, Prophet & King. This 7-week study dives into discovering Christ as the ultimate priest., prophet and King foreshadowed throughout the Hebrew Scriptures. Together, we'll look at Biblical text to see who Christ is and how we are called to our own priestly, prophetic and kingly missions.
If interested, please contact Dee Hidalgo at [email protected] or Amy Toft at [email protected]; 770-382-4549 x20. The cost for materials is $25/person.
The study meets Saturday morning from 9am-11:30am beginning July 8th and ends August 19th. (July 8, 15, 22, 29; August 5, 12, 19)
