Wow what an interesting past few months its been in the world of Customer Centricity!

We have seen some powerful examples of the risks associated with not being customer centric thanks to the airline industry and United Airlines in particular...

At the opposite end of the scale Amazon has bought Whole foods Market, showing there are no limits for companies that embed a customer centric culture at the heart of their operations.



Dr Linden Brown has been busy presenting to leaders around the world. He was joined by leaders from Adobe and salesforce.com at the recent B2B Marketing Conference in Sydney. The focus was on how CMO's can contribute to building truly customer centric cultures in their functions and help the rest of their organizations on the journey.
