Can You Identify the Man in the Photo?

On June 26, 2017, possibly at about 2:30 a.m., a purse was stolen from a vehicle in an open garage in the 8000 block of 119th Avenue SE in Newcastle. The man pictured below used one of the stolen credit cards. Witnesses describe the man as mixed-race in his 20's.
