Serving in a leadership role in todays'  schools requires a broad and intense commitment to boldness for the benefit of our students. In our personal and professional lives we are called to create dreams and lead teams with exertion. How often does that leave you feeling terrified? Join Nathan Siebenga for a dynamic session that builds upon ideas pulled from Tony Wagner's 2015 book "Most Likely to Succeed: Preparing Our Kids for the Innovation Era."

Mr. Siebenga is the Principal of Hamilton District Christian School (HDCH) in Ontario. In his current capacity he leads HDCH toward the vision of helping students design, develop and deploy beautiful, purposeful work. Mr. Siebenga's talk will follow a screening of the 2016 film of the same name. Join your colleagues in exploring this all too familiar space of being terrified and courageous in a Christian school setting and be prepared to share your own story too.
