The Housing Marketplace with Zillow's Chief Economist

We know it's a hot housing market - but how hot is it? Zillow's Chief Economist, Dr. Svenja Gudell spoke to members at the June Business Lunch and gave insights into how our area compares across the country and a look at the latest real estate trends in our marketplace.

Some of these indicators we take great pride in achieving since they showcase the prosperity in our region. Others may be spin-offs from the opportunities a vibrant economy brings.

#1 - Washington State is the fastest - yes, the fastest - growing economy in the United States! This was cited in a recent Wall Street 24/7 money magazine list.

VIDEO: The Fusion of Technology & Medical Advances
What are a few of the cutting edge medical advances that are made possible via technology? We featured three of them at the June Eastside Leadership Conference. You'll be amazed at what's being done in our area to help people with respiratory and heart disease. You'll also get a fascinating look at how medical students are now able to learn anatomy using A/R and 3D modeling.
