Experience The Grove!
A National Historic Landmark and Illinois Nature Preserve
Dear Friend of The Grove,

Summer at The Grove is in full swing! The beautiful, warm weather makes summer the perfect time to visit. Camps have started and Summer History Tours, including the Dr. John Kennicott Exhibit, are underway. Bring your family out to experience the past on Pioneer Day on June 24th. New this year is the Glenview Park District's Museum Quest program. Be sure to collect all four stamps! Sample some of our great nature programming. Learn about geocaching or enjoy the magic of The Grove at night when you learn about fireflies or bats. The Grove truly has something for everyone!
Best Wishes to Steve Swanson

Admission is FREE and refreshments will be available to purchase.

Volunteer News and Opportunities
More than 50 volunteers contributed their time during Vintage Market, on Saturday, May 13! The day was beautiful, the vendors and food trucks amazing, and the volunteers absolutely monumental. Volunteers helped in admissions, greeting and providing information and in helping shoppers gather and load their  over-sized  or heavy purchases. We have some great special events on the horizon along with ongoing volunteer opportunities. If you are not already a volunteer and would like to join the ranks, please e-mail Elizabeth Cline or call 224-521-2098.
