From the Program Director

Sarah Chandonnet

Eating is an important cornerstone of community: yet our culture of fast food and fad diets creates a negative emotional landscape when it comes to food and our bodies. By increasing awareness, the practice of mindful eating helps us to cultivate a renewed sense of delight around food and a more positive relationship with ourselves.

Join Dr. Traci Brown for an important conversation about food, health, and ourselves. Dr. Brown is a researcher and health and wellness outreach educator at Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health (HSPH). She focuses on mindfulness based practices for improving health within communities that have high rates of disease. Now she is bringing those teachings to a broader audience to help others live happier and healthier lives.
