New Pet Licencing Options

Beginning July 4, 2017, two year pet licences will be available by phone, mail or in person at our Animal Services shelter. We will also be introducing a Fee Assistance program for eligible residents. Please call Animal Services at 
905-896-5858 if you need more information.

MiWay:  July 3, 2017 Service Changes

MiWay will be rolling out several improvements across the city as part of the MiWay 5 Service Plan (2016-2020).  The changes will take place on July 3, 2017.

#7 Airport - Revised routing along Creekbank Rd. to Matheson (no longer servicing Spectrum) due to the Eglinton Ave. Bridge construction at Etobicoke Creek.
June is Bike Month

The Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee has been conducting c ommunity rides  to celebrate  Bike Month and  will  travel over 100km over the month of June.  For more information on the many more rides being conducted this summer click on the link below.

Mississauga to Host 2017 Tour de Mississauga in its 10th Year

General Committee supported a recommendation for the City of Mississauga to once again host the Tour de Mississauga. The Tour is an annual cycling event that takes place on the third Sunday in September.  It is one of Ontario's largest cycling events and will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
