Arms are for Hugging: Inspirational Teens Unite, Mobilize to Spark Change
CNN - Students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (MSD) traveled to Tallahassee this week to urge lawmakers to take action in regard to gun laws.

"I'm just trying to create a sense of empathy. Fortunately, they weren't involved in a school shooting. But I was," MSD sophomore Daniel Bishop shared. "I heard shots right outside my classroom. The gunman jiggled on my best friend's door handle, and she could have died. And people I know died. My friends died."

The Florida House voted 36-71 yesterday against debating a possible weapons ban.   Get live updates via CNN...
