Coming soon: Hoopla
The library is expanding its digital media services with the addition of hoopla. The new service allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, phone - even your TV. We are expecting to launch hoopla on the Oshkosh Public Library website sometime in late June or early July. To get the latest updates, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.
