LIFE WITH CHRIST
This Lenten worship series for the weekends of Lent, as well as Holy Week worship, identifies areas of life in which we join with Jesus in living the life He has called us to embrace. We do this by walking through the Gospels to see the love of Christ that rescued us from the stain of sin, the grip of the grave and the gates of hell. We also learn from Jesus how to navigate this life as we live with the promise of life eternal by faith in Him.

SERMON REWIND will take place in the Fellowship Hall at FIL from 10:10 am - 10:30 am each Sunday morning. You can get your questions answered or get a sneak peek at the sermon of that day. It is an informal Q&A-based discussion, so bring your questions and your sermon outline!

The End of Me
by Kyle Idleman. Entitled “Helpless to be Empowered”, we’ll discuss how Jesus knows everything about us, yet still loves us. Fearful of change, ashamed of our condition, thinking we can’t be anything but helpless? We are reminded that WE CAN…with the help ONLY Jesus can provide.

LWML
(
Meets Monthly September - May, 2nd Tuesday at 7:00 pm)
Next Meeting: March 13th
Our program will be Mr. Terry Zimmerman who will teach us self-defense. This will be a blessing as he instructs us in ways we can protect ourselves, and others. I am sure he will tell us this has nothing to do with luck but rather being in-tuned to your instincts, using common sense or emotional intelligence, taking instructions from others, being accountable to others (do they know where you are), and practical safety factors. Ladies, this will prove to be an advantageous opportunity to learn. We invite you to share in this program and share some St. Patrick festivities with our members and we will end with a business meeting which will entail a slate of officers to be presented.
SPRING RALLY
Please note the date for this event has changed to
Saturday, April 14th
. Additional details will be forthcoming.

WHERE MOMS CONNECT
(
Meets Semi-Monthly September - May, 2nd & 4th Thursday at 9:00 am
) Next Meeting: February 22nd
Our topic will be
"Stay at Home or Have a Career - What's a Mom to Do?"
It's the ongoing debate that tears women apart. Is a mom better because she stays home with her kids or if she works outside the home? Instead of dividing moms against each other, this conversation helps moms find common ground, appreciate the place God has them, and encourage each other.
FREE CHILDCARE is provided with a bible story, craft, and snack.
