Service hour period 2 and school year 2016-17 has now ended (as of 4/30/17).If you are being billed for any hours in the 2016-17 school year YOU HAVE UNTIL 6/30/17 to clear up problems. After this date, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AMOUNT BILLED.
If you are an 8th grade parent, you must rectify your bill ASAP. If it is not cleared, your child may be held back from the Disneyland trip and/or receiving their cap and gown.
General notes on your accounts:FALL FEST HOURS ARE SHOWING AS SCHOOL HOURS.
This is not an issue that will be resolved this year. If you were not billed for fest hours already, then you can assume that they are in the system. You are responsible for making sure you have the correct total amount of hours and also the needed hours for each event (school, parish, DDA, fest). Please look closely at your account.
