Check out all the exciting events
happening here at JPAS!

Dennis Assaf
Dear Patrons,

It's here! The 40th Anniversary Season Announcement is here! As you can imagine, coordinating cultural offerings in three theatre spaces can be quite challenging. I pray that the results you see below will bring you as much excitement as we have in bringing these shows to you. I suppose one measure of the anticipation is that we have almost 200 singers/actors/dancers coming to audition next week in the hopes of finding a place on the season. And why not? Not only are the programs we are offering exciting and unique (there are four Louisiana Premiers), but these performers get to ply their trade in "the finest Opera house in Louisiana" (the Jefferson Performing Arts Center) and the beautifully restored Westwego Performing Arts Theatre. And they get paid to do so!

Tickets will go on sale   June 1. Previous subscribers and "seat adopters" will get first choice, followed by the general public. Full subscriptions afford you the best price and seat selection. Please click on the link below for more information.

Auditions will be held next week , May 15-18, in our Conservatory Space. Please click here to sign up, and if all of the slots are filled, you can send a video submission to audition@jpas.org.

I cannot express more confidently that you will find these season offerings exhilarating, and they will be ones that you will want to share and enjoy with family and friends.

Please take a moment to peruse what else is happening in JPAS land, and partake of these exciting events and activities.

As usual, please take a moment to thank those in uniform who daily defend the lives and freedoms of all Americans. And as always, I'll...

See You at The Theatre!

Sincerely,

Dennis Signature

Sponsor Profile:
John Morgan

You can often see John Morgan's smile and hear his jubilant laughter at plays. Behind the laughter is a keen and intelligent man. He is the Owner and Branch Manager of Raymond James at the Galleria, Member FINRA/SIPC, an independent Financial Advisor.

John grew up in a small close-knit community with parents who instilled in him a strong work ethic. His mother taught him the value of being compassionate and sincere, while his father taught him the value of a dollar.

John has always been fascinated by money and how people earned it. He would watch and listen to his dad, an entrepreneur, buy and sell stocks and commodities in the 1970's. He learned at an early age that there was more to making money than collecting interest in a savings account. He set out to discover everything he could about making money and the markets.

Early in his career as a financial advisor, John decided he was not a risk taker; instead, he was a risk manager. For John, being a financial advisor and planner isn't just about investing money for his clients; it is about investing a client's wealth and assets.  Sometimes we are our own biggest enemy when it comes to preserving money and investing our wealth over time. In seeking to beat virtually overwhelming odds, many individuals make inappropriate decisions based on emotion, and they have only themselves to blame for disappointing results.

After 30 years as a financial advisor, John's compassion, his appreciation for the value of a dollar, and his aversion to losing money have shaped him into the experienced financial planner that he is today.

JPAS applauds John Morgan of Raymond James at the Galleria for his generous support!
