Based on your previous experience (or interest) in submitting applications (and related environmental reports) to the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Tax-exempt Bonds or other AHFA programs, each applicant and their prospective environmental professional related to any proposed application submission for AHFA's tentatively scheduled competitive application cycle are invited to attend an educational workshop whereby AHFA will detail requirements for all environmental report submissions.
The session will begin at 10:30 am on Monday, July 17th, 2017 at the offices of Maynard, Cooper and Gale, PC located on in Suite 2400 of the Regions Harbert Plaza at 1901 Sixth Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama, 35203. The session is expected to last up to four (4) hours, including a working lunch.

During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to provide constructive feedback and comments regarding the information presented, as well as learning how to improve the quality of your respective environmental report submissions.
Participation at this meeting is mandatory for all environmental professionals and applicants planning to submit an application during AHFA's 2018 competitive application cycle.
