snowplow_big.jpg We need someone to plow our driveway when we get a big snow. Recently, it has been challenging for some of our visitors to make it back up our driveway. Please contact Bethann if you can help out!
Help Other Volunteers By ...

Writing what dogs you walked on our new dog-walk board by the side door. This will also help more of our dogs get walked.

Rate dogs you are familiar with using the color tags (also found by the side door). This helps those unfamiliar with particular dogs know which ones they should walk.
Easy -- green,
Medium -- yellow
Challenging
or medical issue/ask before walking -- red.

Please remember to pick up after your dogs!
No dog poop isolated on white forbiddance sign
Thank you!

Please send any photos you would like in our newsletter to me at [email protected].

  Henrys Door
The weather has made it somewhat challenging for our volunteers to walk the dogs, however, we have picked up some pretty great feline friends!

If you have been to the shelter you will have noticed our wonderful new cat door! There is now no need to use a leash to keep the door closed! Thank you to Board Member Henry Wojciechowski for installing it!

Every furry face at our shelter has a story to tell! And, if you have any ideas on any animal tale, or story that might be newsworthy, please contact me or Bethann. (The board of directors requests that you not approach the media directly as we have a coordinated communication plan and process.)

Do you know of someone who loves animals and might like to become a part of our shelter staff? Please let them know about this job opportunity!  For a job application, click here!

Thank you for all that you do for our orphans!
