Joel K. Goldstein, the Vincent C. Immel Professor of Constitutional Law at Saint Louis University School of Law, has written widely regarding constitutional law, the presidency and vice presidency. Free CLE: Legal Remedies for Trafficking Survivors

July 14-15, 2017
This comprehensive two day training provides an in-depth overview of the legal issues faced by U.S. citizens and foreign national survivors, including criminal victim witness advocacy issues, criminal vacatur and sealing records, civil remedies, and immigration benefits.
This training is provided free of charge by the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) and co-sponsors Missouri State University, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Foundation and the Women’s Foundation. Participants must commit to attending the entire program, and will receive 14 hours CLE.
