The Clare Gallery is pleased to present Adeebah: My Life, My Story

This is an exhibition of drawings by Adeebah Alnemar. Adeebah sees herself as an artist, a woman, and a mother. She is a Syrian refugee from Homs, Syria.  Adeebah is a self-taught artist and her work addresses themes of the tragedy of war and displacement, beauty amidst turmoil, and her hope for peace.

The exhibition is from March 19 through May 18, 2018.

A reception and panel discussion will be held on April 10th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

During the panel discussion, the artist will speak about her work and life's journey . rosary individually or as a family.

Join us this Lent at noontime for spiritual and physical nourishment. Immediately following 12:05 Mass, Spiritual Talks with members of the St. Patrick-St. Anthony staff or guest speakers will be presented in the Franciscan Center for Urban Ministry. We will explore the theme: Discovering the Gifts of Lent.

Each Tuesday in Lent we gather in the Chapel for a brief time to pray, reflect and become more aware of the tremendous love that our God has for us. During this season we will read from John Chrysostom's Homilies on Repentance and Almsgiving.

Voce returns to the sacred space and acoustical wonder of St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church to present a concert of works old and new, featuring a rare performance of the Heinrich Schütz' most famous work of funeral music -  Musikalische Exequien ; Morten Lauridsen's exquisite Mid-Winter Songs; and the concert's namesake, Faire is the Heaven by William Henry Harris. Be transported through the splendor of the choral arts from age to age! Our own cantor, Pam Johnson, sings alto with this professional ensemble of voices.
