Dear friend,

On Friday, June 16 , Mingyur Rinpoche concluded the Exploring the Nature of Mind retreat in the U.S., and immediately returned to Nepal in order to be with his mother, brothers, and other family members. Earlier that day, Rinpoche's grandfather, Lama Tashi Dorje--an accomplished practitioner and one of Rinpoche's very first teachers--passed away. Rinpoche will remain in Nepal for the traditional Tibetan 49 days of ceremonies for the deceased.

Because of this, Rinpoche will be unable to travel to Europe and Russia as originally planned. Most of the scheduled events will continue, however, with some modifications to the programs.
