Coquitlam Alliance Church was grateful to again be able to work alongside Gentle Hands January 26 to February 1. It was amazing to hear how God has blessed this ministry in the past year with equal numbers of children becoming part of loving families and others being brought to the caring team that is Gentle Hands. The Mission Team was able to help with the renovation of a sewing room into two classrooms for the children. Getting our hands dirty and breaking a sweat for these beautiful children was an absolute pleasure to do knowing that in part, our efforts would give them hope and show them
the love that Jesus has for us all.
The Team was also able to engage with the children in sports, crafts, worship, and devotional time, including several outings to local parks. Our time there allowed us to connect with these young lives by sharing with them the difference Jesus has made in our lives, in His love, faithfulness, and provision. The CA Church Team will continue to lift Gentle Hands up in prayer and look forward to returning again next year!
