It's Time for the 2018 TEMS
  Book Bonanza!

We are calling all Bulldogs to gather your gently used middle-school and young adult level books for the 2018 TEMS Book Bonanza. You can drop off your books in bins at the front and back entrances and students will have the opportunity to "shop" for books to take home and read. There is no cost! This is a great opportunity to clean out your bookshelves and find new books to read.

Drop off dates: February 20th and 21st
Book Bonanza Shopping days: during lunch and activity February 22nd and 23rd

We need volunteers to help sort the books after school on Wednesday 2/21, and to run the Book Bonanza during lunch and activity periods on Thursday and Friday, 2/22 and 2/23. If you are able to help, please contact Meg Burgo mburgo20@comcast.net

Information on the Williamsburg trip

Ms. Wilson and Mrs. Toscano are currently developing plans for TEMS' 7 th Gr. trip to Williamsburg, Virginia on May 30th- June 1st, 2018.  The goal of the trip is to offer a well-balanced program of fun, learning, and social development.

In order to streamline communication and paperwork to you, all forms that need to be submitted to attend the trip are available on Schoology.  All 7th grade students should have already been admitted to the Williamsburg group.  If your student does not see Williamsburg as one of their listed groups, please let Ms. Wilson know asap so your student can be added.

The cost of the trip is $372.00.  This amount, in cash or check made out to TEMS, is payable either in full or in three installments.  The first installment is due March 15th in the amount of $124.00.  The second installment of $124.00 is due on April 5th.  The third installment of $124.00 is due May 3rd.  Students will need cash ($65.00 is recommended) once on the road for non-furnished meals (as indicated) and for personal purchases.  We will endeavor to make it a very memorable and rewarding experience so please contact the guidance counselor with any financial concerns.
