This year, we have produced training videos for the HMIS reports. These videos include:
- How to find the reports
- What prompts to use
- How to schedule the reports
Tips for the NCCEH HIC Verification Report
There is also training video on how to read and complete the NCCEH Housing Inventory Count Verification report. The New Project Form tab should only be completed if your agency needs a project set-up in HMIS that was active on the PIT night.
Remember that your Executive Director (or equivalent) should sign the Cover sheet, and a Program Manager should sign the Verification Form.
We recommend that Rapid Re-Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing projects run the 0628 HIC Supplement report and correct the client details before you tackle the NCCEH Housing Inventory Count Verification. You'll need to know exactly how many clients you served on the PIT night in order to report on your project's capacity.
Take a look at the trainings and give us a call if you have any questions.
