Studied two years at The Art Institute of Boston in MA then graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and minor in Fine Arts from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. Since growth and learning are essential as an artist, I like to attend workshops like The Academy of Realist Art in Toronto, Ont.
I am currently employed as a graphic designer but my great passion is oil painting. I enjoy exploring various methods and techniques in landscape, still life, trompe l'oeil and miniatures. Favorite subjects: I am drawn to things that have a lot of texture...which reflects my desire to capture detail in my work. I grew up outside of Buffalo, NY and recently moved to Myrtle Beach. I look forward to meeting other artists and continuing my journey of curiosity and creating.
