NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Octavia Rose
Happy Valentine's Day Company Families! 

As I'm sure most of you have already learned via social media, Octavia Rose was born on Friday, February 9th at 8:14am!  Kristen, Octavia, Agnesa (and husband Mike) are home now and doing well. We are so excited for all of them and can't wait for everyone to meet the newest CS family member!

While Miss Kristen is on maternity leave and won't be at the studio, she is still sending company information our way to keep everyone up-to-date as we continue preparing for our exciting competition season!

Here are a few quick notes but BE SURE TO READ THE BLOCKS BELOW to stay up-to-date on all of our Company Information!
  • Production Rehearsal: Monday, February 19! The Production routine will have rehearsal during the day THIS MONDAY, Presidents' Day,  February 19th- exact times are listed below!
  • Stage One Solo/Duet/Trio Entry Fees are due by Tuesday, February 20th. See block and form below!
  • Company Hip Hop Dancers! Be sure to place your order for your hip hop shoes! All orders are due by Friday, February, 23rd! (Please note- there are different shoes for Hip Hop A, B & C- make sure you fill out the correct order form that was emailed out by routine!)
  • Company Makeup! Information about Company Make-Up is now available to view on the Company Webpage! (password- TeamCSA) For everyone's convenience, we have kept the required make-up the same as last year! There are also links to videos on our CS youtube channel showing how to apply the make-up!
  • Pre-Company Hairpieces! Please see the block below for information on where to order your curly hairpiece!
  • Company Headshots are available to view and order! See details below. 
  • Sunday Rehearsals: See Schedule Below!

MONDAY PRODUCTION REHEARSAL!
PRODUCTION REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR PRESIDENTS' DAY! 
(Monday, February 19th)

2:00-2:30PM: Production Group 2 (Dancing in the Street)
2:30-4:00PM: ALL DANCERS

STAGE ONE SOLO/DUET/TRIO ENTRIES!
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SOLO/DUET/TRIO ENTRY FEES!

Entry fees for Solos/Duets/Trios ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY charged to your account! 

You  MUST let the front desk know to charge your account or pay via another method by the entry deadline for each competition or your solo/duet/trio routine will not be entered! 

No more missing the deadline!
To make this easier on everyone, if you would like the front desk to charge your account for the fees, you can simply click on the button below to submit your payment request! 

STAGE ONE ENTRY FEES ARE DUE BY 9PM ON  TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH! 


 
COMPANY MAKE-UP!
For everyone's convenience, we have kept the required make-up the same as last year!

Please note! Each dancer is responsible for ordering their own hairpiece and they need to be ordered soon to ensure they arrive in time!

There is always a lot of Company information to share and we want to be sure everyone is kept informed! Here's how we communicate with you!
  • Weekly Company Newsletter via email! Watch for it each week! 
  • We use our Company Team App to send out push notifications as needed! Be sure to sign up for all of your specific groups as well as the ALL COMPANY group! (Instructions Below)
Please make sure we have your most used email address on file at the front desk so you don't miss out on important information!

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!   To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the 2017/18 All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.
