What is the difference between "fee and dividend" and a carbon tax? How can we as individuals and groups bring our political will to the table? These and more questions will be addressed by Carl Yaeckel, retired attorney and Congressional Liaison with Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL), which is headquartered here in San Diego. With more than 45,000 volunteers and 325 chapters across the country, CCL is bringing lawmakers together to work on climate change solutions.
