  Summer Hours  
The Front Office:
The front office at Guerin Catholic will be open during the summer on Mondays through Fridays* from 8 a.m. to noon.

The Guidance Office:
The guidance department registrar is available on an appointment basis this summer. Please contact Leona Chianello, Guerin Catholic registrar, via phone (317) 582-0120 ext. 231 or email to schedule an appointment.

The Athletic Department & Spirit Shop
The Athletic Department and spirit shop staff at Guerin Catholic will be available Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. - noon.* 

Mass Schedule
There will be occasional daily Masses throughout the Summer. Those Mass times will be posted to the Mass Calendar on the GC Website as they are scheduled.

*Guerin Catholic High School will be closed during the IHSAA Moratorium week--July 2-9.  
 
 
Grades  
Third trimester grades for 2016-17 are now available for parents  to view in PDF format in GC Gateway.  If you can't remember your login credentials, usernames are parent first name, last name (all lowercase, all one word, no spaces) and then please click the "forgot password" link in the box below the login credentials.

Log in to GC Gateway, click on your student and the "report card" will be found in the upper left of the page. 
    
 
2017-18  Textbooks & Guide to Textbooks
Please check out our 2017-2018 textbook list * posted on GC Gateway. The 2017-2018 textbook list * provides students with a listing of every class that will be offered at Guerin Catholic next school year and the books that are required for each class. It is very important that students have their  textbooks
 the first day of the trimester so that they can actively participate and complete work on time.  
On GC Gateway, families will also find a textbook guide for parents with various options for selling current  textbooks  and buying books for next year.  Please note that the Guerin Catholic onlineb bookstore  offers every  book
 that will be used next year, including several online and rental options. Guerin Catholic's MBS Online Bookstore will open July 1st and during that week will offer free shipping! 

*Please note that there is a required text for Algebra II. Earlier versions of the textbook list failed to reflect this requirement but it is now corrected.   
  
   
techTechnology Orientation Sessions 
Class of 2021 and all Upperclass Transfer Students  
Purpose
The Guerin Catholic High School Technology Department will offer 60 minute technology orientation sessions throughout the summer of 2017 for all members of the class of 2021 and all upperclass transfer students. These sessions are designed to introduce students and their parents to the technology staff at GCHS and provide an overview of the services and platforms provided. Students and at least one parent should attend. Spots in each session will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Schedule for Parents of Students Enrolled in Summer School
Parent-only sessions will be scheduled around summer school drop-off and pick-up times from Thursday June 8th through Wednesday June 14th . Parents WIll NOT need their student's laptop, but WILL need their child's GCHS usernames and passwords. Only one parent needs to attend, although both are welcome.

Golden Eagle Golf Classic
Thanks to the nearly 100 golfers who joined us this past Tuesday for the Golden Eagle Golf Classic at Pebble Brook! Near-perfect weather combined with enthusiastic Golden Eagle supporters made for a great day on the links!

Spanish III & IB Spanish Dual Credit
Students that enrolled in the dual credit program for Spanish III or IB Spanish this year and/or last year should follow these instructions for requesting that an Ivy Tech Dual Credit transcript be sent to their University. Grades from this year will be posted on or before June 10. Transcripts should be requested AFTER June 10th so that they will be up to date and reflect all of the earned credits. Contact Liane Foerder ([email protected]) with questions.

  • Follow the prompts to complete the transcript request.
     
  • Student will need to know his/her social security number to complete the process.

Campus Ministry 
ND Vision Spots Available!!
Guerin Catholic has two spots available the week of June 26- June 30 for ND Vision. This is a great opportunity to come together with high school peers from around the country and discover who God is calling you to be. Some of the week's activities include: hearing from dynamic speakers, who will challenge teens to deepen their spiritual life; talk about real life issues in small groups; and join together in prayer and community. The cost per spot is $150, which covers housing, meals, a t-shirt, and more! Due to the limited space, spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. National Catholic Youth Conference
Guerin Catholic High School will be taking students to the National Catholic Youth Conference held in Indianapolis on November 16th-November 18th. Please check out this video to see what it is all about! Please fill out this form to reserve your spot!
 
Spring Junior Retreat T-Shirt Pick-Up
Rising seniors, if you went on the Spring Junior Retreat and have not picked up your shirt and would like your shirt, please come to Campus Ministry sometime before the first week of July. Shirts will not be guaranteed after this date. Stop by if you have any questions!

The Gus Maker River West Classic is looking for both individual and group volunteers to help staff the tournament on July 29 -July 30.
