Calling all Lacrosse Players! 1UP offers a summer training specifically designed to help improve your Lacrosse game! Bring your sticks! Lacrosse speed/agility drills with Lacrosse skills will help take your game to the NEXT LEVEL! Camp led by Nick Carroll who currently trains local high school Lacrosse teams and local Lacrosse star athlete Coston Pendleton!
1UP Volleyball/Basketball Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

This is a Co-ed summer program for serious VB & BB athletes! Our Plyometric drills, multidirectional movement and strength & agility training will increase your athlete's vertIcal 2"-3"and improve explosive movements on the court. Before and After Assessments are taken!

This is a 5 day camp-90 min session of Football Position Skills & Drills (Offense, Defense and Special Teams). Camp led by former USC Coach Tim Prukop and Coach Greg Cooper!
