United Way of Greater Augusta Board of Directors and the Citizen Investment Review Team has reviewed  all grant application and made site visits with all of the non-profits. 
The decision has been made to award $300,000 in funding with an additional $136,000 in designated funding for a total of $436,000 going back into the community.

June's episode highlights Katie's Krops, a non-profit started by a 17 year old in order to end hunger in children.
