Volunteers Needed
Lethbridge will host the Football Canada U16 Western Challenge July 1-8, 2017. To make this event a success, volunteers are needed to fill the following roles: 
  • TICKET BOOTH ATTENDANT
  • GATE ATTENDANT
  • SOUVENIRS SALES 
  • 50/50 TICKET SELLERS
  • STATISTICIAN

Lethbridge 2017: Get Active Through Sport 
Help us celebrate Canada's 150th by joining Lethbridge 2017: Get Active Through Sport.  Choose to participate in 52 sports in 52 weeks, #YQLChallenge or register as a volunteer!  We invite you to register online - recruit a friend, involve your family, teammates or co-workers or on your own! 

Special Recognition
In honour of Canada's 150 th Anniversary of Confederation, and in partnership with Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden's 50 th Anniversary, the inaugural Special Recognition will be presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to the role of traditional Japanese sport in Lethbridge, or those of Japanese descent who have significant accomplishments in sport.

SportFest Registration 
SportFest 2017 will be held Saturday August 19th at the Servus Sports Centre. Vendor/exhibitor registration is now open. 
Spaces are limited, so don't delay register today.

for the eighth annual Immigrant Achievement Awards (IAA).  An Immigrant Achievement Award is a valued and prestigious honour that recognizes, celebrates and pays tribute to the exemplary achievements and invaluable contributions of Immigrants to their community, and the wider Canadian society.   The nomination deadline for the 2017 Immigrant Achievement Award is Monday, August 14, 2017

YMCA Free Teen Summer Memberships
YMCA of Lethbridge is offering a YMCA Teen Summer Membership for free to teens age 13-17. YMCA of Lethbridge encourages youth to get active and meet new friends in a safe and welcoming community. Target Hunger Needs Volunteers
to deliver and pickup bags, and also to help at sorting sites on event day. Routes will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Nature Play Day 
Come visit us at the 5th Annual Nature Play Day on Saturday, June 10 th  from  12:00 pm to 4:00 pm  at Henderson Lake Park. This outdoor festival aims to encourage families to get outside and play by featuring a variety of engaging activities
Lethbridge Kids Triathlon 
This event is for youth 19 years old or younger. Register as an individual or a team and come to participate in a swim, bike, run event. This Youth Age Group Triathlon is focused on promoting the sport with a fun, enthusiastic, and positive atmosphere for kids of all skill levels.
