HARD HAT ZONE
Construction on Target

Construction of the tracks & fields at C oronado, Saguaro and Chaparral is progressing on schedule. Here's a look at the work underway:

WEEKLY PROGRESS

On Tuesday, June 6, the Governing Board  approved the next step in the process of building new additions to Cheyenne . Tuesday's vote will allow initial construction to begin. That means fences up and shovels in the ground. The goal is to get some of the messy and disruptive initial work out of the way before students come back for the fall semester.

Also on Tuesday,  the Governing Board gave the approval for architects to begin design work on the district's proposed central kitchen project. The central kitchen would expand the district's ability to provide meals both in and out of the district, increasing revenue generated by Nutritional Services.
