Thank you to Mustaches for Kids for donating $45,000 to SCAN!

M4K Richmond continued their support of SCAN with their donation from the 2016 growing season.  Over the past 7 years, M4K has donated over $160,000 to SCAN.

During the month of November, participants sign on as a "grower" and grow a mustache for the entire month, and then solicit donations from friends, family, co-workers, and people in the community.

Thank you so much to Mustaches for Kids, all of the growers and those who support this amazing organization. Your gift will continue to change the lives of children in our community!

Richmond CASA
in Need of Volunteers

Court-Appointed Special Advocates ("CASAs") are everyday citizens appointed by judges to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children.
CASAs make sure children don't get lost in the overburdened legal and social services systems. For many abused children, their CASA will be the one constant adult presence in their lives.

Richmond CASA urgently needs more volunteers to fill this important role.

If you are interested in becoming a CASA or learning more, p lease contact CASA Volunteer Coordinator Heather Farber at: heather.farber@richmondgov.com or 804-646-5180.
