JRFA June Newsletter - Canvas Magazine
Janet Rady

Welcome to our June newsletter.   Firstly we would like to wish all our Muslim clients and friends Ramadan Kareem during this holy month.

Now more than ever before, I believe we need to highlight the positive aspects of the region and there is no better way to do this than through art.  As you will read in this month's newsletter, there are a growing number of important exhibitions showcasing Middle Eastern art and artists on a global platform.

Photography is a universal medium and in our Art Market section we have put together a selection of fascinating articles focusing on the subject.

In case you missed it, the I AM exhibition featuring 31 women artists is on until 14th June at the National  Gallery of Fine Arts in Amman and further details about the London opening in July will be announced shortly.  In the meantime, read Lisa Pollman's article in Art Radar about twelve photographers from the exhibition.

Best wishes from all at JRFA and we hope to see you soon in Basel
