Denise Frank, RPh, recently joined our team of expert pharmacy consultants. Denise's passion is community pharmacy. She is the former owner of an independent pharmacy in a rural town who later served as a pharmacy manager and a district manager for a chain. She also worked for many years as accreditation and inspection services manager for the NABP. She possesses the depth of knowledge and hands-on experience to meet the needs of independent pharmacies.

Denise's role has allowed Gates Healthcare Associates to expand our consulting services geared toward independent pharmacies of all stripes that are in need of specialized guidance on operations, regulatory compliance, USP <800>, responses to deficiencies and disciplinary actions, quality assurance, internal compliance monitoring, accreditation programs, staff training development, and overall policies and procedures.
