The ICF Global Communities of Practice (CPs) are virtual groups of coaches interested in a specific topic area. These communities are designed to provide a platform for sharing best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips among ICF Members to advance their professional development.

ICF Converge 2017, scheduled for August 24 - 26, 2017 in Washington, DC (USA), is ICF's first large-scale global event since 2012. This first-of-its-kind global event is designed to strengthen connections within the coaching community and offer cutting-edge learning opportunities. The
ICF Reciprocal Peer Coaching program creates opportunities for professional growth and is accessible to all ICF Members. By coaching an ICF coach, you can receive coaching from another ICF coach. In addition to investing your time in offering coaching and being coached, you will only need to pay a nominal coordination fee for the program to match you with a coach and client and to monitor each reciprocal peer-coaching relationship.
