Your Talent Advantage
June 2017

Like most of you, we at CMP are keeping busy.  It has been a terrific year so far, and the best is yet to come.

In this issue, we highlight the universal cornerstone of company success - leadership.  Effective leadership will always be the root cause of success and failure.  Acquiring and developing effective leaders is a unique passion of CMP.

Below, we highlight an enterprise training solution we are completing with Borden Dairy, and a model for assessing and developing leaders - the 4C model provides a portable framework for selecting and developing leaders.

We also recognize the newest members of our team, Emma Gibney and Blake Elam; and the most recent executive placement from DHRE - Kim Arnold.  We also list some open client roles with Ryan and Stryker, both terrific organizations.

As always, we welcome your feedback.

Much Regards,
Joe Frodsham
