Let Us Sing and Ring!

A Note From Pastor Linda

Praise the LORD! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty firmament! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his surpassing greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with clanging cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that breathes praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! ~Psalm 150

Dear Brothers and Sister in Christ~

This Sunday is going to be HUGE. You are NOT going to want to miss it. In fact, you are going to want to be at Hosanna AND invite family and friends!

Having opened with this... I want you to know that I truly believe that EVERY Sunday at Hosanna is HUGE- and equips us for our week of living and loving and serving. Having been gone from Hosanna for a few weeks, and worshiping with other faith communities, I miss you and I miss worshiping with you. Hosanna has "something" special, unique, really incredible!! Part of all of that is YOU!!

This Sunday the Hosanna Choir and Bells will be leading our worship time.

Also on Sunday:
  • A Baptism at 9am- we welcome Jade Lydia Johnson into the Kingdom of God!
    • In the Rite of Baptism God will claim Jade Lydia as a Child of God- forever!
  • Graduation Milestone at 10:30am- we wrap our High School Graduates in the love of Christ and their Hosanna family.
    • Milestone- an action or an event marking a significant change or stage in development.
    • Here is part of my message to them: As you ready to make your mark on the world, allow the world to also make a mark on you. Be curious. Stay open. Nurture humility- admit when you are wrong. YOU are a child of God- forever!
  • Council Ministry Moment- we will hear from President Terry Dryer and Treasurer Dave Okeson as they bring a word of thanks and an update to the Congregation.

See you in Church! I can hardly wait to be with you again!!

 ~Pastor Linda
