CROP Hunger Walks: We Can Do So Much in 2017 |
|
Our Associations have their very own Registrar and that person works with all the documents that fall within the realm of responsibilities of the
Committee on Ministry: transfers of standing, Members-in-Discernment, Credentialing (licensing, dual standing, privilege of call, etc.), and Oversight. No matter the name you may hear bandied about to receive those documents, they should all be emailed to and only to the Registrar at
[email protected] to ensure they are properly documented, tracked and stored. They can also be mailed via USPS to Registrar, 960 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221-3048.

Give Us Your Thoughts
Culture in the United States of America is increasingly fragmented and violent. Watching the implosion of civility and moral clarity, we believe that the time is now for the church to be the leaven for peace in the world. The
Culture of Peace Prophetic Witness Team was created to support communities of faith with resources, expertise and other means of assistance to mobilize members of the Eastern Ohio and Western Reserve Associations of the United Church of Christ to create a world where peace and love are the guiding principles. You can assist the team by participating in a survey. Only three questions!

Before the Flood
St Paul's Community Church is partnering with pastors and lay leaders of the Shared Ecumenical Ministries of the Near West Side of Cleveland to show the movie
Before the Flood and have a discussion on Wednesday, May 24 from 7-9PM. Not only is it a great film starring Leonardo DeCaprio, it highlights the science behind the climate changes we are experiencing. Witness firsthand the ingenuity of Elon Musk, experts from the greater Cleveland area, and have a discussion with other people from across the many faith traditions of the city. It will be rich, meaningful and at least interesting, at best satisfying and provocative.
