All Aboard the Longmont Locomotion
Last week, we visited the Longmont Support Group who is prepping for the 15th Annual Vitality Walk in Sandstone Ranch.

Although many of  the participants (over 1,000 annually) who Walk the Walk join us in Denver; for the past 6 years our community in northern Colorado has participated in the Walk site we host at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont.

Last week, Team Longmont Locomotion started the Longmont monthly support group meeting warming up with exercises and jumped into a chat on palliative care with Dr. Benzi Kluger. Dr. Kluger and others at his Palliative Care Clinic at the University of Colorado Hospital, are on a mission to change the standard of care for neurological issues and empowering people to take control  of their life. The  members of the Longmont support group are excited to jump on-board with this standard of care!

Tom Hubner ended the meeting reminding others to register to walk with Team Longmont Locomotion! TOOT TOOT!
