Johnson Development Associates (JDA) has awarded general contractor, DeAngelis Diamond with the construction of four self-storage facilities throughout Collier, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties. The four Class-A self-storage facilities range from 80,000 to 100,000 square feet, with a construction schedule of eight to ten months per project between now and the second quarter of 2018.

Breaks Ground for $140 million Healthcare Project: Lee Health Coconut Point. Lee Health Coconut Point, a mixed-use health and wellness destination located in Estero, FL next to the Coconut Point Mall, is now under construction after the ground breaking held today. This facility is the only comprehensive medical center in southern Lee County and will include a Healthy Life Center, Free-Standing Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery Center, Recovery Care Center, Laboratory, Imaging, Rehab Therapy, Cardiac Testing and Physician Office spaces. The 31-acre jobsite will host the facility owned by Lee Health, totaling 164,000 square feet.
