Johnson Development Associates (JDA) has awarded general contractor, DeAngelis Diamond with the construction of four self-storage facilities throughout Collier, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties. The four Class-A self-storage facilities range from 80,000 to 100,000 square feet, with a construction schedule of eight to ten months per project between now and the second quarter of 2018.

DeAngelis Diamond Breaks Ground for $140 million Healthcare Project: Lee Health Coconut Point. Lee Health Coconut Point, a mixed-use health and wellness destination located in Estero, FL next to the Coconut Point Mall, is now under construction after the ground breaking held today. This facility is the only comprehensive medical center in southern Lee County and will include a Healthy Life Center, Free-Standing Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery Center, Recovery Care Center, Laboratory, Imaging, Rehab Therapy, Cardiac Testing and Physician Office spaces. The 31-acre jobsite will host the facility owned by Lee Health, totaling 164,000 square feet.

GATES Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Frank Fiorello as Senior Project Manager. Fiorello is responsible for the overall project coordination from the pre-construction and permitting stage through to owner occupancy. Fiorello has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of project types and particular expertise in healthcare, education, and retail construction. Fiorello received his Bachelor of the Arts degree from Texas A&M University.

GATES Construction has been selected to renovate the award-winning DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples, owned and operated by Guest Services, Inc.  Continuing to set the highest standard for the fastest growing Hilton Brand, Guest Services, Inc. selected GATES Construction as the firm best positioned to exceed expectations, just as guests have come to anticipate at this property.  Located 12200 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, the project will entail a complete update and enhancement of the lobby and customer service area to build upon the historic success of the property. 

London Bay Homes has selected Jennifer Stevens of Romanza Interior Design to fully furnish the two-story, 4,648-square-foot model home, four-bedroom custom estate home located at 4395 Gordon Drive in Port Royal.

Pulte Homes recently opened two new Pickleball courts in The Plantation its amenity-rich community located off Treeline Avenue just north of Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers.  Pulte is building single-family, coach homes and attached villas in 10 different designs at The Plantation, priced from the $200s to $700s.   Four furnished and decorated models are available for viewing. www.pulte.com .

Renée Gaddis of Renée Gaddis Interiors has hired Lyanet Moran as a design assistant. Moran recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in interior design. After interning with Renée Gaddis Interiors during the summer, where she received the opportunity to work on various projects, she welcomed the opportunity to join the team and initiate her career as a full-time employee.

Robb & Stucky invites you to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for their new Headquarters and Distribution Center on May 31, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Join Robb & Stucky, local government officials and dignitaries to celebrate this milestone event at the site of their future Fort Myers headquarters. The new facility will feature 125,514 square foot warehouse and office space which will accommodate the company's rapid growth and allow to better serve their showrooms in Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Coral Gables, and Boca Raton (soon to be open).  The new Distribution Center will also accommodate future showrooms as the company continues expansion throughout Florida. GATES Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for this project.

Roetzel & Andress announced that Sarah E. Spector has joined the Fort Myers office as a partner in its Real Estate, Banking & Finance practice group. Spector will focus her practice on community association law, where she will assist condominium, cooperative and homeowners' association clients with the management and operational aspects of governing their communities.

Seagate Development Group marks second anniversary. Seagate and its related entity are now considered one of the region's leading commercial and residential development and construction companies and providers of property management and leasing services. The firm's portfolio of commercial properties under management now totals 1.5 million square feet with an estimated value of $200 million. An additional six projects are actively underway and valued at approximately $10 million. Seagate Development Group has completed tenant and capital.
