It's Par for the Course that we need your help! 

  These outings are the main funding source for our association. At this time, we are reaching out to our political representatives, business associates and members to help us out. A portion of the proceeds go to our scholarship fund.

Annual Meeting & Election of Officers
The BPCIA Annual Meeting & Election of Officers took place in April.  We are happy to include some new board members: Khaalis Rahman from ACH Food Company, John Malnar from Lapham-Hickey Steel and Derek Wasilevich from Wintrust Bank.   We also want to acknowledge Bob Swanson who stepped down from the board after 35 years of service.  Bob will continue to support the BPCIA and is always a wealth of information to us.  Thank you Bob for your devotion to our group.

CPR Classes

BPCIA is working with the Bedford Park Fire Department to offer a CPR and AED classes.  On completion of this class students received a CPR certification card, which is good for two years.  They learned how to use a defibrillator (AED) and the importance of having them onsite. 
We feel it is extremely important to have this knowledge both personally and within your business. This is an annual event, so look for the class again next May.   

Quarterly Luncheon - May 9th

Erin O'Donnell

The Bedford Park-Clearing Industrial Association will co-hosted it's Quarterly Luncheon with the Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce.  The meeting was held at the Marriott Chicago Midway.  Our guest speaker was the Erin O'Donnell, Managing Deputy Commissioner for Midway Airport.   Ms. O'Donnell gave us an update on the projects Midway Airport is, or will be conducting.
