As a Conference Exhibitor, your company receives all the benefits of a Sponsor:
Company name listed on all electronic recognition boards present in the Main Lobby and Exhibit Hall. In addition, sponsors will be recognized from the podium by the moderators at various times throughout the conference with your company logo displayed on the screen before each session.
PLUS the ability to exhibit for two days at the 2017 Conference. Each Exhibitor registration includes (1) 8-foot table, (1) Monday lunch ticket, (1) Tuesday lunch ticket and (1) Tuesday night BBQ ticket.
Additional Monday lunch ($25), Tuesday lunch ($25) and Tuesday BBQ ($40) tickets may be purchased when completing the online registration. Tickets for other events, including Monday night’s banquet ($45), may also be purchased when completing registration.
Tables may be set up starting at 7am on Monday, August 7, and should be taken down by 6pm on Tuesday, August 8.
