5 Things Resilient People Do Differently
Why is it that some people thrive under a high pressure situation, while other people seem to freeze up?

One reason is that people have differing levels of resiliency. Resiliency is the ability to adapt to environmental or internal stressors and execute in spite of adversity.  Researchers have been interested in resiliency for over 50 years, but there has been a significant adjustment to how resiliency has been viewed in just the last decade.

For more information, check out our article for this month's newsletter: 5 Things Resilient People Do Differently .

Interested in more information on resiliency and how it relates to First Breath and My Baby & Me? Come to one of our Regional Practice Sessions this fall (more information above)! Resiliency will be one of our training topic focus areas during this half-day event.
