We know you are as excited as we are for the BIG EVENT August 21! We have been busy lining up fantastic bands, delicious food, and unique vendors to keep you entertained at the farm all day long. We know you have lots of questions, so hopefully this newsletter will help you make the most of your day. Some things to keep in mind...

August is HOT just about anywhere! We will have shade tents and plenty of cool drinks, but feel free to bring a small pop tent or umbrellas to keep yourself cool. Guests are also welcome to scout out a nice shady spot among the peach and apple trees to get some relief from the sun! Dogs and outside coolers will not be allowed. Remember, Chattooga Belle is a working farm, there may be fire ants, roots, and insects that you will want to protect yourself from. We will have sunscreen and lots of water available at the farm store.

We still have a few camping spots available for both Sunday and Monday night. As you can see on the map, primitive campsites are located in a beautiful spot down by Horseshoe lake. There will be portable toilets but no electric or running water. We will establish quiet times for the evenings. Fires will be permitted unless the forest service issues a no-burn alert. We will be running shuttles up to the distillery, parking area, and main farm building throughout the day. If you are looking for a place to stay that has more amenities, check out some area campsites, hotels, and vacation rentals that we have listed on the website.

Don't Wait to Get Your SWAG!

We have been busy designing and gather some really cool eclipse themed products to commemorate the big event. Many of the items are already available at the farm store, including viewing glasses, t-shirts, glow in the dark Frisbees, posters, and even our commemorative Dark Sky Vodka. If you live near the farm, why not plan a day to come visit for lunch, scout out your favorite viewing spot, and grab some souvenirs ahead of time!

Ticket Options and Pricing
|
|
If you're receiving this email, you've probably already purchase your tickets, but we want to clarify prices and options in case you have friends who need the information. Beginning June 1, ticket prices will be $15 for adults and $8 for children (under 12) Everyone who comes to the farm will need to purchase a ticket which includes viewing glasses. We will not be sending out paper tickets, but will have your name at the check in booth.
VIP Tickets: We are offering a package deal for just $35 which includes viewing glasses, a t-shirt, and a $10 voucher that can be spent at the CBF Farm Store, Roadside Market, Distillery, Belle's Bistro, CBF Cookout Stands, or CBF beverage stations (outside vendors will not accept vouchers). Your
