In an effort to better serve the public and their busy schedules, in December the East Central Regional Library Board approved new operating hours at all 14 library branches across the six county area. East Central Regional Library invites you to an entertaining performance starring George Maurer. This performer, composer and producer has toured the country to illustrate the impact on music in today's culture while using today's technology to enhance appreciation for the arts. In his Creating Music with Computers presentation, Maurer uses his keyboard, microphone, and visual display to show how music is composed with computers and digital technology for albums, movie soundtracks, television shows, video games, and more. This event is geared toward students of all grade levels and adults.
