Dear parents and families,

I hope everyone who had off work enjoyed their Martin Luther King, Jr. day. Dr. King's accomplishments changed the landscape of civil rights in America, and as an extremely diverse school, it is important that we recognize and celebrate his and others' actions. I encourage you all to click this text to read about the Catholic nuns who marched with Dr. King in Selma, Alabama. It is an amazing story and worth reading and reflecting on.

Some quick updates:

We will be holding a FACTS Application help night for financial assistance applications on tonight, January 16 in the cafeteria at 7:00 PM. 8th Grade Parents: The deadline for high school applications is Friday, January 12.

The 2nd Quarter ends on January 26th, so please take some time to check your students grades on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. There is still time in this quarter to pull up any low grades, or to reach out to teachers to clarify any questions or seek advice on how to improve a grade.

This week is the final week to sign up for some of our clubs. Don't miss out on LEGO STEM, or the new Basketball and soccer clinics for your children! Flyers we sent home and more information is available by calling the school office.

God bless,

Daniel Cinalli
